STAFF QUALIFICATIONS Iepson Consulting Enterprises, Inc. (ICE) has been in business for over 26 years. Most of our engineers have significantly more engineering experience and, in particular, EQ, design basis and License Renewal experience. In addition, most of the employees have spent significant time on-site at various power plants and possess qualifications in various plant processes and programs, including EQ, 50.59, and Corrective Action. Many of the ICE staff have completed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO), Shift Technical Advisor (STA), or System Engineer training and performed these duties at operating nuclear plants. Finally, many of the ICE staff have advanced degrees, several have professional engineering licenses and, most have been published in industry technical documents.
